Shipping Policy for Batteries
We charge a $3.00 handling fee per order. Orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday. Please call (561) 575-5552 for priority mail shipping rates.
Return Policy
Unopened products can be returned at your expense with a $5.00 per item restocking fee within 2 weeks of date of purchase. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly reimburse the shipping charges on the product sent in error and pay the matching shipping charges for the correct products.
Defective hearing aid batteries may be exchanged. Please call our office for more information. All used and unused batteries must be returned in the original pack or carton.
